Overview
The Rapid Response Recovery Network (R3N) by CMM will consist of two specialized teams to cover both local and statewide needs. The Emergency Aid & Care Relief Team (EACRT) will focus on local assistance, while the Safety Patrol Force & Crisis Squad (SPFCS) will handle statewide deployments. The network will operate a dedicated command team dispatch center known as Guardian Dispatch & Alliance Command (GDAC). This center will coordinate rapid deployment of teams to assist during disasters such as floods, tornadoes, heavy lake-effect snow, and other emergencies. Teams will need to be requested by call, text or through our future mobile app.
