It's unfortunate you are here right now, but we understand your frustration and are prepared and ready to serve you should an emergency spill arise. Our emergency clean up service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We our fully certified and insured to handle most clean up messes involving the following substances:
Fuel & Gas, Used oil, Coolant, Manure, Milk, seeds & dry fertilizers & fruit juices.
We are not certified or authorized to clean up the following substances:
Propane, cement and building materials, paint thinning materials, oil based paints, liquid seeds & fertilizers, fuel stabilizers, jet fuels.
We charge a set $300 Environmental Hazard clean up charge. This charge is what covers Transportation fees, documentation, paperwork, permits, and insurance of transported goods, along with a $150hr charge per hour of clean-up. This is to cover the costs of the employees, insurance, fees, and vehicle and transport uses
Please note: Emergency clean ups on weekends, and holidays are set at an increased price due to low manpower and for holiday reasons- Please see Below:
Weekend Charges are as follows: $400 Environmental Hazard charge, $245hr
Holiday Charges are as follows: $500 Environmental Charge, $375hr
*Severe weather may delay response time, if we can not reach your spill in a safe and efficient manner, we may contact you and defer you to another clean up provider*
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PERMITS, LICENSE, INSURANCE AND DOCUMENTATION OF PROPER TRANSPORT OF THE SUBSTANCE WE ARE REQUESTED TO CLEAN UP. (We will copy these documents for legal insurance and reasoning)
*Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation of clean up and a required charge of $600 to card on file for failure to provide documentation. WE MAY ALSO be required by law to contact the authorities, DOT, DEC and NY STATE of Health*
